Aug 5, 2008 bottle, thank you pivnizub. Hazy golden yellow, large head. Full-bodied, pleasantly malty, hoppy background. Nice.

Jul 19, 2008 Bottle, 5.2%. Malty aroma, slightly wet raggy. Muddy dark amber colour, small creamy tan head. The flavour is creamy, some white bread, slightly spicy. Good mouthfeel.

Jun 5, 2008 Bottle. Slightly sweet barley malt and light new hay aroma. Cloudy orange-brown color with moderate head. Watery initially followed by a moderate caramel malt and light grassy hops flavor. Really a niced bottled Kellerbier but a bit light.

Mar 22, 2007 (swing top bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Dusty, sweet and worty malt aroma with a brandy-like alcoholic touch. Sweet flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Worty and yeasty taste, slim, sweet malty finish with faint hoppy notes. Less than decent Zwickel.

Mar 7, 2007 Bügelverschlußflasche (thanks to joss): Hazy, amber colured, quite stable and firm off-white head; unfermented sweet wort in the nose, "green" aroma; quite sweet flavour, soft MF, quite light bodied; light, sweetih and fruity finish. A very shy Zwickel.........
