bottle, thank you pivnizub. Hazy golden yellow, large head. Full-bodied, pleasantly malty, hoppy background. Nice.

Farbe rot-bräunlich, trüb. Es schmeckt hopfig-säuerlich und ein bisschen hefig. Der Nachgeschmack ist hopfig-hefig. Fazit: Kann man trinken, Mittelmäßig. Test vom 20.10.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,8,9,7,9,8 - 8,05

Im Geruch malzig und leicht vergoren. Seltsam. Der Antrunk gibt sich dann feinherb und malzig. Weich aromatisch fließt das Geschehen in den Mittelteil über und begleitet sacht den malzigen Ausklang. Gelungen. Test vom 30.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Bananig-wässriger Antrunk, dem ein muffig-herber Mittelteil folgt. Etwas hopfiger Nachgeschmack, weiterhin leicht fruchtig. Danke an Auxburg oder Jevers Zeugen - von wem ich auch immer das Bier hab. Test vom 31.5.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,8,7,6,7,7 - 7,40

0.5 l bottle. Hazy orange-brown color with long lasting head. Sweet toffeish and fruity aroma with nuts caramel. Sweet toffeish and fruity flavor with berries and hint of sulfur. Full bodied soft palate. OK kellerbier.

Light unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spring onions, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081223]

Bottle, 5.2%. Malty aroma, slightly wet raggy. Muddy dark amber colour, small creamy tan head. The flavour is creamy, some white bread, slightly spicy. Good mouthfeel.

Bottle. Slightly sweet barley malt and light new hay aroma. Cloudy orange-brown color with moderate head. Watery initially followed by a moderate caramel malt and light grassy hops flavor. Really a niced bottled Kellerbier but a bit light.

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Dusty, sweet and worty malt aroma with a brandy-like alcoholic touch. Sweet flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Worty and yeasty taste, slim, sweet malty finish with faint hoppy notes. Less than decent Zwickel.

Bügelverschlußflasche (thanks to joss): Hazy, amber colured, quite stable and firm off-white head; unfermented sweet wort in the nose, "green" aroma; quite sweet flavour, soft MF, quite light bodied; light, sweetih and fruity finish. A very shy Zwickel.........
