COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle (Servus, Stefan !): Deep golden, loose medium-sized off-white head; light to moderate sweet-malty, honeyish nose with a toasty touch; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, only light to medium bodied; short, light alcoholic, malty and bitter finish. Nothing unpleasant detectable, quite an easy-drinking Bock.......

10/10/11/10/8/10

Bottle. Gold with a good white head. Strong grain scent. Flavour is kind of nice. A little more balanced than the others in the Big Box of Bock or I am getting used to this interpretation of the style. A little harshness, lots of grain and a balanced high alcohol note that blends together OK.

330ml bottle pours a bright golden color with a small white head that leaves a few spots of lace on the glass. Aroma is light grainy malts and light grassy and flowery notes. Taste is grainy malt sweetness with a grassy hop bitterness. Light to medium body with some decent carbonation. Nothing really appreciable about this brew, just average.

(bottle) Clear, deep golden to amber colour with a mid-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet toasty cara-malty aroma with shy notes of toffee and a noticeable alcoholic touch. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a calm carbonation. Toasty malt-character with light notes of toffee; sweet and slightly bitter also slightly medicinal finish with notes of alcohol. Drinkable but not the best of its kin (24.IX.08).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden colour, mid-size head. Full-bodied, pleasantly malty and grainy with some nice hops.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2005 Malty sweet aroma, alcohol and fruit notes. Bronze to orange color, head disappears completely. Pleasant malty with fruit and alcohol flavor. Quite intensive bitterness. Very nice bock, well balanced.
