On draft at brewery. Citrus pine aroma. Light amber white head, decent retention, clear with minimal lacing. Pine, orange, grain in the taste with a pleasant light hop bitterness on the finish. Light body. Lively carb. Crisp, smooth, and refreshing. Everything I want in a session beer. I could drink these all night. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden orange with a tall white head. Aroma is very citrus forward, grass, light toast. Strong grapefruit and tropical fruit finish. Bitter on the tongue. Medium thin body. Quite flavorful and not watery like many SIPAs. A standout in the style.

Can. Medium golden, frothy white head. Lovely bright citrus hop character with crackery malts, low sweetness, light but flavourful with mild bitterness. Very nice.

Can. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (grapefruit, grass). Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Simple aroma of grapefruity and grassy hops, little else. Quite tart in the mouth, but otherwise balanced well. Nice body and mouthfeel for such a small beer. Nothing special but decent enough.

12 oz can. Hazy orange with white foam and floaty bits. Nose is citrus pith, toffee and grass. Medium light with active carb. Taste is lemon-lime, almost Sprite-like, with a bitter rindy finish. Nicely sessionable but not so memorable.

Somewhere in between an IPA and an APA. Good balance of tart Hops and some APA bitterness. Leaves a clean and mild after taste.

Can. Lightly gazed honey-gold and effervescent with a short off-white head. Honey pastry malt in the aroma, faint butter / butterscotch, lemon-flower-apricot hoppiness showing a small amount of resin. Medium-light body, watery and thin. Semi-sweet / off-dry, bitterness is raw and strong, and in the mouth it’s more of your basic resin-citrus-leaf vegetable hoppiness. With more body and sweetness and a little polishing, I could see this being one of the better Session IPAs on the market.

12.18.14 canned date. Poured from a 12 oz into a Fremont glass on 01.29.15. A: Grapefruit, candied tropical fruit, and flower. Very subtle. A: 2 finger head. See through gold body with floating bits. T: Flower dominates. Biscuit, slight candied tropical fruit, and slight pine are subtle. P: Crisp and bubbly. It has a heavier mouthfeel for a session IPA. O: Complex but light. Though, not as light in flavor as other sessions.

12 oz can poured. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a big foam head. This beers has an amazing, lemony hop aroma. Very light, and it’s no secret. Watery hop flavor, though not bad. Finishes a little empty. All things considered, this is a decent session. Just lacks a little in flavor. I can drink these all day though.

[3/2/15] Draught at Fremont Brewing in Seattle. Slightly hazy gold. Aroma of some butter and slightly fruity hops. Flavor has some butter, fruity hops and a bitterish finish. Light-bodied. Could’ve been very nice without the diacetyl.

12 oz single can from Mile High Wine & Spirits. Pale, light orange and hazy appearance with a lingering, sticky white head. Aroma of citrus, pale malts, bread, floral notes, pine and a touch of hop resin. Similar flavor, grainy, husky and moderately bitter with a touch of sweetness. Light and easy to drink, but pretty average for a SIPA.
