COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Homefront IPA is an India Pale Ale summer IPA brewed with sweet orange peel and aged on the zest of fresh oranges in addition to maple bats donated by Louisville Slugger.Yes, we think it is a wonderful summer IPA and yes, the orange really does come through. And, yes, we are a little biased so why not try one for yourself and lift a glass to those who fight for us. And thanks.

22oz bomber pours clear copper with gold edges and sort of light tan head of foam. I smell a little tart to resin as well as vague hoppiness with mild malt sweetness around the edges. The taste begins with a firm sweet malt base but then slightly citrus notes and a resiny hoppiness seem to have no problem elbowing through the malt sweetness. I get a good dose of hop flavor and lesser amounts of resiny hop bitterness. Pretty nice brew.

22 oz. bottle shared by someone, I believe Paul, at our massive Hunahpu’s tasting- thanks again! Pours a semi-cloudy gold color with a small off-white head. Notes of pale malts, grass, citrus, herbs, and nectar. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. Solid IPA, but I liked the Homefronts from Cigar City and Perennial slightly more.

66cl Bottle brought from the US, thanks H&T. ABV 6.2%, brewed for the veterans. Clear golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of lovely fruity hops, quite floral, light dusty, citrus, orange, light malty. Flavour is light to medium sweet, malty, orange peel, floral, light fruity, spruce and pine bitter finish, almost herbal. Light bodied, really nice and refreshing stuff.

Pours a light clear golden color. Nice west coast vibe going on with a lot of grassiness and a touch of citrus in the aroma and flavor. Finish is a lot of grapefruit and some piney bitterness. Digging this one.

Delicious and refreshing. Great summer/session IPA. Zesty orange comes through really well -- bright, juicy and aromatic. Fluffy and effervescent carbonation. Doughy-sweet malts, with notes of scones and light caramel. Citrusy hops blend seamlessly with the orange. Moderate, balancing bitterness. Easy to drink. And tasty.

Bomber poured a clear gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of biscuit, earthiness, pine resin, grapefruit, lemon zest and light mint. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, lemon zest, pinew, light earthiness and light grapefruit with a smooth dry modertly bitter lingering citrus finish.

22 oz Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with big fluffy white head (my cup runneth over!). Delicious orange peel in the aroma Flavor is smooth and sweet with a slight bitterness in the finish. Really well-balanced for an IPA I really enjoyed this.

A gift from SJ. A nice different little IPA. I liked the tangy fresh orange peel / citrus taste. Smoe hops add to the blend. It was a tad thin, but good.

22 ounce bomber pour. Amberish color with a white head. Starts out great, but then fades, a nice drinking ipa though.
