3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Had this on tap several times, excited to try from the bottle.
Bottle date: they donít care, so neither do I!
A: pours a copper ale with two fingers of peanut head which is thick and sticks around for quite some time. Cobweb lacing. Excellent clarity. Good looker.
S: Grapefruit, citric rinds, resin, plenty of pine. This is PNW hop profile baby. The malts are sweet and present, I think this is nice, not great but nice.
T: Bitter and earthy, the yeast may play a significant part here as I donít recall this being in the tap version. The malts come through with a hint of metallic flavor. Flavor isnít as good as I recall. Nice, but nothing special.\
M: Medium bodied with moderate carb. thick slick finish.
O: Above average IPA, sessionable and quenching. I would advise those seeking to have a pull from the tap before bottle version.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle. Pours a very clear light amber color with very little of a white head on it. Nose is really strongly hoppy, in a really pleasant way. I get slight bits of floral elements in there, but a strong bit of grapefruit. Taste is pleasantly bitter, with some subtle fruity elements. Very drinkable and pleasant beer. Glad I picked this up.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can 6 weeks old. Pours pale golden with an impressive soft white head and lace, fully lasting in an IPA glass. Aroma is soft fresh grain and a modest bouquet of hops featuring cedar and not ripe tropical fruit. Flavor is similar with a grapefruit bitterness pronounced but not dominating throughout. Body is medium, carbonation is soft, and the feel is a bit gritty. Very much an easy and classic quality IPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pour is a clear bronze with a large white head. Aroma is of fruity hops and not much else. Seems real fresh. Flavor is decently hopped with a bit more malt presence to back things up. Finish leaves a nice bitterness on the tongue. A decent, hoppy no frills IPA.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle with thanks to Eric! Pours clear neon orange with a small creamy off-white head that leaves pretty decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is spicy caramel, grain, pine, floral notes, perfume. Flavor is about the same, some sweetness underneath a rather bland hop character. Lightly bitter. Mouthfeel is a bit watery as well. Might have some age on it , but what looks to be a bottled on date on the neck is unintelligible, so be it.

On tap. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, citrus, hop oils. Flavor of hop oils, caramel malt, citrus, with lots of hop oils in the finish. A bruiser for sure but still drinkable. A touch astringent.

Light orange with frothy head. This s
mells fantastic...great citrus tropical and floral hops. Taste is fairly bitter with danker hops. Didnít love it but need to revisit as tasted it after red wine tasting.
