The Great Pumpkin Beer Festival 2011 – Elysian Brewing, Seattle, WA
Dark in color, clear with a tin head. Then add the aroma of pumpkin, bourbon and dark malts and you have a huge tasty beer. Loved the malt addition and the strong beer holds up well as it warms up. Good pumpkin addition and the bourbon is not super strong but enough o give good flavoring. A very tasty brew for the day.
