Draft at brewery. Pours a hazed rich straw golden with a small tight white head that settles quickly to a small ring and leaves light spotty lacing. Nose has plenty of sweet faint citrus and floral notes with a touch of water cracker/white pepper/toasted corn graininess. Light to medium light feel with small tight carbonation. Lightly sweet floral honey notes with lemon hints, saltine cracker in the middle with white pepper bittering in the finish. Unexpectabley smooth and enjoyable ice beer. Keep up the experiments Fremont!

Oh yeah! Ice Beer! Really solid nose of fruity hops, orange, apricots, tangerines, concentrated and rather robust. Light alcohol, somewhat sugary, but balanced by juicy fruity hops. Pours hazy light golden with a thin head. The flavor is full of juicy sweetness, lots of tangerines, oranges, citrus hops followed by sweet malty undertones, somewhat basic malt profile amped to hell by the ice-ing. Lingering hoppy flavors, lightly boozy as it warms, but side by side with the regular solstice, it tastes amazing - like a souped up concentrated clone- which I guess this is. Awesome!
