Poured in to a tulip from a 22oz bottle. Hazy gold color with thick, frothy popcorn colored head. Aromas of grapefruit, orange juice and hops. Tastes like Grapefruit, peaches, grassy hops. Light body, refreshing, goes down easy. Definitely one of my staple warm weather beers.

Can labeled Summer Ale. Light yellow pour with a white head. Bland hop aromas. Light and refreshing with a good mouthfeel. Grass and melon flavored hops notes. Enough malts to keep the bitterness from the hops in check.

Hot as fuck day, just sitting on the couch watching hockey I’m sweating. This is the ideal thirst quencher. Loads of spicey yet citrusy hops, sooo drinkable.

Can. Labelled Summer Ale but I think this is the same beer. Pours a honey golden color with a white head. The aroma is pretty light but notes of melon and hops. Medium mouthfeel. Sweet taste with a light hop bite in the back. Very easy drinking.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Prufrockstar (200) - Seattle, Washington, USA - APR 13, 2013
Can. Pours clear gold/yellowish with frothy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma: citrus (mostly picking up grapefruit), floral. Grassy; some cooked green vegetables (I’d say "vegetal" but I hear that doesn’t mean what I think it means). Taste: Toasted grains; floral and citrus-laden bitterness. Subtle sweetness with nice lingering bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: a perfectly nice beer, but probably my least favorite of the seasonals.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Dogbrick (6021) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 31, 2013
This beer pours a clear pale yellow color with a medium foamy white head that dissipates steadily. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus and grain. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at my friends wedding reception. I’m glad my friends know how to pick good beer. Yellow color with nice lacing. Light honey aroma. Crisp hop bite up front with some nice sweetness. Good 6/3/7/4/16
3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 madvike (2077) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 1, 2012
Can tasted semi-blind from brewolf...thanks Micheal! - Huge foamy white head on top a light yellow head. Citrusy hops, clean pale malt, and a bit of pine resin. Taste has more oniony/garlicy hops, light citrus, pale malt, and a clean, crisp finish. Real carbonated and fluffy, but not so much that it obscures the flavors.

22 oz bomber courtesy of bvc. The pour is a mostly clear golden amber with a well formed three inch egg white head. Pretty lacing left behind as the head falls slowly. The aroma is floral and citrus fruit goodness. Behind the hops is a nice toasted malt character that shows a hint of sweetness. The taste reverses the nose, light caramel sweet toasted malt, the floral and mildly bitter citrus - a bit of clementine fruit and peel. Citrus is nice, has a bit of tart tang to it. The palate is medium bodied, lower soft carbonation, dry bitter finish and a nice mineral character develops in the aftertaste. Nice beer, would love to try this dead fresh on tap - I am sure the hops would be more pronounced in the taste. Cheers Brandon.

Clear gold, frothy white head. Aroma of floral and citrus, some grassy and grainy hop. Taste is nice and crisp, bready, light hop bitterness. Very easy to drink and I’ll be sad to see it leave.
