Rating #1930 - 2015.09.25 #CraftTakesSeattle Day 2, Beer 29 - Pours a hazy copper amber with a fairly frothy head. sticky lacing. Aroma is mild grapefruit, peach, lots of piney floral aroma.Taste is mild sweetness (citrusy, piney, floral) and a dominant lingering bitterness - cookie dough, caramel malt character really brought out, really resinous and sticky in the finish.

Can from Full Throttle Bottles. Huge aroma of sweet grapefruit hops. Big flavor with moderate bitterness and almost a syrupy sweetness too. Unfortunately it finishes with a significant hit of raw alcohol/booziness. Okay but not well balanced.

On tap, says infused with lime, ginger, and basil. Pours a fairly cloudy wooden gold with almost no head and minimal lacing. Smells of citrus and pine cone. Tastes crisp, with sharp citrus flavors. Sweet like a lime is sweet. Medium bitterness. Has a creeper aftertaste, initially mild but grows to a borderline harsh.

*Reviewed from notes* Nose on this one has some really nice floral and resin notes to it. Taste is bitter, but smooth. Really comes off as fresh, with a pleasant crispness to it.

Pours a muddy gold with modest foamy head and some lacing. Aroma is floral, with done grapefruit, pine, lemon, and biscuit. Taste is initially sweet, but quickly becomes bitter as the hops and citrus comes to play. There is some peppery, earthy spice. Medium bodied, with a lingering syrupy mouthfeel. Pretty good.

Anne liked this one better than me. Earthy hops. Drier than most iipas. Nice overall. Said one billion ibus on the sign.

22 oz bottle obtained through Tavour. Fremont The Brother is a hazy apple juice beer. Head of tiny white bubbles leaves a nice lace. Aroma is of slight pine and herbal hops. Taste is a restrained hop bite with a decent malt body behind. Texture is lively and a little satiny. A really decent IIPA.

Can. Lovely nose: tons of citrus and stone fruits, orange, grapefruit, apricot, tropical stuff too like mango and pineapple. Pretty, cloudy, bright golden orange. Low head. Very fruity, juicy even, not too sweet or cloying, wiht a grapefruit zest finish. Good bitterness, good balance, great fruit. One of the best d-ipas for me in a while.
