12oz can - pours a mostly clear orangey gold (like honey) with a med soapy off white head. Pleasant aroma of big citrusy hops, tropical hops and caramel malts. A taste is bursting with hops - orange zest, lemon, tangerine, pineapple and pine resin on the finish. A not sweet malt body brings it all together with notes of caramel, bread and oat.

Draft at Growler Guys. Pours a golden orange, slight haze with a small white head. Aroma is intense with hops, lots of citrus and tropical fruits. Tastes of sweet hoppy bitters and a light maltiness. Very good.

Appearance: Hazy bright red gold. thin head of tiny white bubbles. Nose: spice, caramel malt, pine needles and a bit of earth. Taste: Nice hop bite right off the front with pine and spice hops. Caramel sweetness and some earthy notes round out the sip. Body: medium and a touch lively. Parting thoughts: a nice beer, but lacks the expected heft of a DIPA. Subtle.

Pours the color of straw with a nice head that leaves moderate lacing. Smells of pine, orange, lemon, grapefruit, and caramel. Taste is bready, grapefruit, and some floral notes. Starts bitter becomes increasingly sweet as it can passes over the tongue. Medium bodied with a resinous, oily quality. Really quite nice.

Clear gold with white head and nice lacing. Aroma is some sweetness, pine, and melon. The taste is a nice balance of mellow malty, tropical fruit sweetness and bitter hops. The finish is bitter and long lasting, a bit too much for my liking. It tastes a bit boozier than the 8.5%, but not much. Overall, very drinkable IIPA, especially for the price.

Clear light gold pour, nice white head that is followed with steady lacing. Nose is alcohol and ripe fruit. Bitter. Middle is mango and apricot on a bed of sweet, slightly caramelized, malt. Finish leans bitter, alcohol showing. A big beer, but very drinkable.

Bottle pours a clear amber with strong off-white head and massive lacing. Smells of grapefruit, pine, and a hint of melon. Taste is strong, pine, grapefruit, very hoppy, medicine, alcohol. Bitterness is strong but not overpowering, it hits late in the aftertaste and does stick around a bit too long.

Big grapefruit and earthy hop nose. Flavor is moderately bitter with a good dose of hops and a nice caramel backbone. Not a standout, but good.

Pours a semi clear amber with a medium size white head, and very good lacing. Smell is of hops, caramel, earth, and malt. Taste is of hops up front, a tad sweet, caramel, dandelion, malt, and a little citrus. Ends dry and bitter.
