COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Family always comes first. Just when you thought that your poor tongue couldn’t stand any more humulus lupulus, The Sister comes home to prove you wrong. Using the same unbreakable malt backbone of The Brother to balance out a truckload of Calypso and Bravo hops, The Sister weighs in at approximately a billion IBUs.

Down & Dirty: 2-Row, Wheat, Vienna & Dextrapils malts with Amarillo, Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, Calypso & Bravo hops. 8.5% ABV

Big danky nose, also a decent amount of green onion and garlic. Some underlying hoppy funk and citrus. Pale malts, a little sweetness. Pours orange golden, nice creamy head and lace. The flavor is more strong hoppiness - onion, garlic, some grapefruit, and dank. Interesting mix. Pale malt sweetness underneath it all. Lingering dank. Interesting.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice big hops aroma and flavor. Earthy with a light fruit flavor. This was a very nice Imperial IPA. Big alcohol finish and dry this was super tasty.

Clear amber color/ ivory head. Very nice tropical fruit, pine floral, honey biscuit aromas. Medium bodied with average co2. Pine, citrus, floral hoppy flavors on a lightly sweet pale malt base brew--very good

Draft at special brews. Pours a murky dark burnished ambder with a dense and creamy tan head and lits of dripping sheety lace. Big piercing piney nose. Very fresh and sweet and dimensional. Fresh and appealing. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toast and caramel on the mid palate with tons of grapefruit and pine washing around. Big sharp pine resin finish showing residual sugars and hop oils on the way down. Fresh and bright and powerful throughout.

On tap at Brouwer’s for Hopfest, pours cloudy orange / yellow with a fine white head. Aroma of hemp, tropical fruits, a bit like furniture polish, and some sweetness. Flavour of hemp, tropical fruits and hops. Full-bodied, sweet, lightly hoppy. Nice.

On tap at Brouwer’s Cafe for Hopfest, pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, slight hemp and citrus hops. Flavour is quite hempy, with tropical fruits and citrus hops. Delicious, better than The Brother.
