4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Beautiful clear golden with a foamy white head. Prety lovely nose of sweet of pale ale malty biscuit and a sharp grassy fresh cascade hop. Smooth and mellow flavor thats balanced and hoppy and sweet malty. There’s a nice grassy and citrus pop on the start followed by a golden toast and pale ale malt body. Nice toffee and citrus sweetness with a blonde ale body. And a touch of peppery hops. Nicely nuanced pale.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is dark yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain, cereal), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, grapefruit), with light notes of diacetyl and celery, hint of fusel alcohol.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, slightly unclean.
Medium body, velvety/watery texture, lively carbonation.
Rather clunky aroma...rough malt and some light off notes. Ample hop bouquet, but the other things bring it down. Decent balance, but not especially clean. Mediocre at best.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Clear honey gold with a fine white head.
Hoppy nose is pine lumber, herbs, gummi bears / tropical gum; Malt is lightly toasty and toffee-like; game-y butterscotch notes suggest diacetyl. Medium body, sweet, syrupy and glycerin-like on the tongue; moderately bitter, medium-low acid, buttery and off.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I was very disappointed by this beer. I was expecting way more, based on the reviews here. It was not so hoppy, with a bland taste. Even though it was fresh, it sure didn’t taste as one.

Nice. Agreeable. There’s nothing to write home about, but it’s sufficiently flavorful. No one will be offended.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle @ the medicinal shop. Pours a golden orange appearance with a frothy, cream colored head. Slightly piney, sprucey, herbal, moderate citrusy aroma. Slightly twangy, orange citrusy, herbal, soapy flavor. Not as good as some of their other offerings. Would like to re-rate on tap.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 oz bomber into a snifter glass. Pours a clear amber with two fingers of sudsy bone white foam. Moderate lacing and retention. Aroma is predominantly grassy and piney hops with light fruit notes and faint caramel malt. Taste is piney with grapefruit and some caramel. Light bitterness with a dry finish despite being very sweet. Thick and full mouth feel which is surprising for a pale ale. Overall this is a very good beer that is highly drinkable. Thanks Ryan!!
