Jul 28, 2008 (22oz bottle, thanks wilkie) Medium beige head atop crystal clear copper body. Aroma is medium sweet, caramel, clove, caraway. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some raisin, rye, light spice. Medium body, low carbonation.

May 3, 2008 Pours a transparent dark mahogany with a wispy-lacing light tan head. Aroma of sweet dark caramely malts and some bready yeast. Body starts fairly full and malty sweet with an authentic doughy German yeasty character. Finishes light sweet and nicely-balance. A good dunkelweizen.

Jul 14, 2008 Dark brown colored body. Very faint nose, almost non-existent… some faint bread crust and Munich malt notes. Smooth and oily up front, some light toast, light Munich malt, some caramel malt, and some wheat chewiness in the finish. Simple.
