Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some raisin, rye, light spice. Medium body, low carbonation. Body starts fairly full and malty sweet with an authentic doughy German yeasty character. Finishes light sweet and nicely-balance. Smooth and oily up front, some light toast, light Munich malt, some caramel malt, and some wheat chewiness in the finish.
