Dunkel-WHAT!! Had this beer not long ago @ the tasting room. The aroma is very friuty w\ spicy alcohol notes. It pours dark caramely w\ a creamy off-white head. it tastes nutty with subtle hints of a belgian white. Very light on the palate making it a thirst quencher. A nicely crafted, innovative beer. Thanks guys!

Full bodied dark brew. Nice sipping beer for a quiet evening. Best served in a stein. Bit too much of a head when opened to drink out of bottle.

Bottled at Paul’s gathering. Mild, roast and spice aroma. Light cocoa. Flavor has a spicy yeast, strong wheat, and pumpkin notes. Carbonation is a bit high, and the beer is a bit lactic.

Bottle bought at Sam’s; poured a dark brown with a decent sized off white head. Aroma was a bit musty; yeast, chocolate, and a bit of spice. Really drinkable. Blending provided just a bit of spice presence. Good amount of chocolate and banana. Very light and soft finish.
