On tap at Barley’s Taphouse in Asheville. Pale yellow in color with a white fizzy head. Grassy with a touch of mango (?!). Certain banana esters. Fun pilsner.

I have only had this mixed with Guinness at a local pub, it was called a Golden Czech. But when you actually reach this in the glass it is good, but I need to drink it by itself to know for sure.

It tastes fresh. And furthermore, there is none of that pilsener-like flavoring that I find prevalent in US pilseners. Crisp finish. Little bit weak on hops, but solid effort and worthy of a second beer.

Very Crisp, and a bracing hop bitterness to start. Nice bitterness throughout, actually. It lacks the softness one usually finds in European Pilsners, but still and interestin interpretation of the style.
