Bomber - The aroma as well as the flavor are very floral. One of the sweetest IPAs I’ve had. Has a honey taste and a medium body.

A malty mess! Aroma is...malty. Taste is...medicinal malty flavor (with a very minimal hop presence up front.) Palate is...malty. Can't figure out the good reviews...I'm not a fan. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A hazy orange beer with a medium off-white head. The aroma is floral, orange, and apricot. The flavor is grassy, pine, and fruity.

Courtesy of Strykzone. Poured color of hammered copper. Foamed from the bottle and left a fizzy head. Big citrus and flowers. Medium in body with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Flavor is tropical fruit.and citrus bitterness. Bitter and dry finish. Darn good.

Orange pour with a white head. The aroma is a mix of biscuit malt with some big juicy orange citrus notes. The flavor is more of the same. I get some orange and hint of pine, as well as some biscuit malt and iced tea notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

French Broad IPA makes a loud hiss, when the cap is popped, and the appearance is of bright, brilliant, somewhat opaque, deep orange, bubble streams, and some splotchy, thin lacing left on the glass. The head is medium and off white. The aroma is of a sharp, very citrusy, juice. Maybe, like tangerine? Taste is of the same thing, and the beer evokes Lemon Head or Sweet-Tarts. Bitterness is present, but relatively low. Mouthfeel is medium, and French Broad IPA finishes mostly dry and odd. Overall, this is a strange one, but it does improve with the drinking. RJT

A well Balanaced IPA. Nice malty backbone that offsets the hop bitterness. 7% abv is well integrated into the beer.

Bomber. Pours a clear amber with a small white head that leaves spotty lacing. Dank hoppy aroma of pine, grass, bread and caramel. Taste is earthy hops up front with a solid malty base of caramel and bread. No citrus here, which isn’t always a bad thing. Long, dry finish of caramel and bready malts. Light to medium body, sticky texture, lively carbonation. A pretty solid IPA here.

Sample @ French Broad during RBWG. Amber pour with a small white head. Plenty of caramel on the nose. Dat crystal malt. Melon concentrate and fruit leather. More melon and caramel flavors. Light honeyed grass. Moderately bitter on the finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Not unpleasant, but sweet.
