COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This brand new, single-batch dry stout was fermented on cocoa nibs. The name honors everyone’s favorite gorilla that knows sign language.

Draft at Urban Orchard. Pours black with a khaki head. Big chocolate notes on the nose. Dry and dusty on the tongue. It’s like biting into a bar of baker’s chocolate which doesn’t sound good but in a beer context it is. Finishes clean.

Draft from sampler during the RBWG bus tour. Poured a deep dark brown with a long lasting dense beige head. Aroma is roasty, notes of chocolate, vanilla bean, chocolate milk, freeze dried coffee. Average palate and carbonation. Flavor is similar to the aroma but each individual flavor is more prominent and easier to pick out. Nice stuff.
