COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This "Harvest" porter is "silky and smooth," as beer connoisseur Tony Kiss says. Lighter than most porters but with the same toasty finish.

Black, with a thin tan head. Smells like coffee and cream, very nice aroma. Nice roasty, coffee flavors with a touch of vanilla and dark chocolate. The roasty flavors really become more pronounced as it warms, as well as some smoky notes. On tap, Barley’s, Asheville.

Tap at the federal. Pours average porter-like dark brown with beige head. Nose is slightly roasty but thin malt and not much else. Meant to be thin, I guess, but this is too thin for my taste. Not feeling it.
