3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
(33 cl bottle courtesy of Tsekouratos; L1406202; Bbd: October 29th 2014) Pours a mostly clear amber with thin, white head that faxes quickly leaving lace. Aroma is piney, herbal, honey with hints of dust. Oily texture, medium carbonation, medium body and a balanced finish leaning on the bitter side. Flavours has a more well-defined sprucy, earthy bitterness. I like how this beer has a harmonic and well-defined expression that is drinkable yet not afraid to step aside from the mainstream.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle 330 ml, poured into a Chios lager glass.
Quite clear for an unfiltered beer, deep orange in colour with a small off-white head on top, with average retention. Light lacing left on the glass.
Aroma of different malts, fruity, some grapes, sweet wine and light caramel.
Great taste, sweet but ith a light bitterness on the finish and the aftertaste, prunes, sweet homemade wine.
Medium thick body, good carbonation, slighty sticky palate.
Very good beer.

Medium sweet flavor with rich, bready malts, white bread, honeysuckle and orange meringue. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes sweet with low bitterness, more bready malts. Simple but very tasty.

Not as agood as I was expected to. Not the stromg side of this brewer. The smoked robust ones was a lot better. I found this one as an example of home brewing not accurately as a product of a brewing company. The taste is something like thyme honey of but I am not sure enough.
