3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20Bottle. Pours a dark golden, almost orange body, with a low ehite head tha t diminishes farly quickly, leaving a good lace. Only malty aroma at the start, but, as the beer gets warmer, it gets better, as fruits and yeast are coming up. Medium bitter taste, along with some fruits, a little yeast, maybe some raisins and honey, but I’m not sure. Heavy nitter aftertaste. Medium carbonated, oily texture, medium body. A good beer, expecting more, and better from this new microbrewery.

Pours hazy orange.Light aromas of malts and some hints of hops.Reminds me of classic blondes ales,A really enjoyable house ale for all the times during a day. Well done Chios !

Bottle. Color dark yellow with medium white head. Aroma malt, hop, citrus, flowers. Taste sweet, grain, gop, citrus.

Cloudy amber body with an off white head. Nice hoppy aroma with grapefruit, grapes and caramel. Medium, highly carbonated palate. Very nice balanced bitter and yeasty flavour with orange, grapefruit, caramel and some apple and cereal. Very nice.

Bottle at BeerStore: Golden pale colour, with tiny white head. Aroma of yeast, orange, apple, citrus and fruits. Taste more or less the same. Medium body, with average carbonation and a bittersweet aftertaste. My opinion, along with Santorini’s Brewing Company, Crazy Donkey, Fresh Chios beer is probably one of the best in Greece.

New fresh beer from Chios Island. Nice aroma of malts and hop, citrus, apple, some grains & flower. Taste is quite the same,bittersweet and malty aftertaste with hints of hop and grains!

33cl Bottle from a shop called Wine Story (I think) on Nikis street, Athens. Straight from the bottle. Aroma is of a hoppy golden ale/esb. Flavour is hoppy, fruity, caramel malts, typical English grainy finish. Decent stuff, nice and hoppy for Greek standards.

A good session beer heavy on the malt flavors ands aromas and light on the hops the yeast being realy in the frontline of this beer added to the maltynes gives it a belgian character as Hell said if it could easily be a saison.
Body is light carbonation is soft needs more hops ;)

Color golden pale. Frothy off-white head. Aroma yeast (earthly), corn,bread,light hoppy. Taste sweet,yeast,light hoppy. Carbonation average, light body, thin texture, finish dry and refreshing...Looks a little like a belgian season ...A nice session beer from a new Greek Microbrewery from Chios island...
