A Mes rate:
Bottle at LCRBM3. Straw coloured with a very thin not to pleasant looking film. Straight forward citric stuff with some slight brown sugar. Some bready notes. Dryish finish. Not too great.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Rastacouere (5923) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 19, 2007
Very cloudy, very pale golden hue. Tiny white cover mostly lasts. Highly floral, grainy, light pale malts with gentle soft alcohol tones. Tiny vegetal nuances. Light bodied and softly carbonated. Spicy, peppery Belgian ale that fails to stand out in such a crowded territory.

Good combination for me it’s between wheatbeer and some blonde.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 JorisPPattyn (6745) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - SEP 10, 2007
Hazy yellow; small whitish rim. Spicy, citrussy nose, candi sugar, bit lactic. Again citrussy in the flavour, with white candi sugar (which cannot be tasted, of course, according to the brewers’ evangelium), garden herbs. Ends a lot drier. Medium bodied, well attenuated. Well-made, technically, but, as so often these days, not one to go raving about.
