Würzig herber, hellmalziger Antrunk. Dezente Erdnoten, im Mittelteil süßlich. Dazu wenig Honig, herb-malzig, vollmundig. Schwerer und etwas zu süß ist das Bier zum Schluss, weniger herb. Insgesamt in Ordnung. 7/8/9/8/9/8

Würzig-getreidiger Duft mit leicht süßlichem Stich. Süß-aromatischer Start, hopfig. Mitte kräuterig mit ein wenig Malz. Abgangs dann süßlich aromatisch-würzig. Gut gelungen.Test vom 18.1.2011, Gebinde: Glasflasche

0.5 l bottle. Deep golden color. Flowery and honeyish aroma with hint of lemon. The flavor is also honeyish and flowery with some fruity notes. Smooth rounded mouthfeel. Good beer with greasy food, but not interesting as such.

Bottle: Golden to deep golden, clear, small and persistent creamy-lacy white head; sweetish-grainy nose, covering a subtle bitterness; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft; slightly increasing bitterness in the moderate sweet-grainy finish. Not bad, but a bit boring.....

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Biscuity pale malty aroma with a herbal hoppy touch. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Malt-accented taste with notes of biscuits and traces of honey; sweet and slightly bitter finish with an aromatic hoppy aftertaste. Nice one but also a bit one-dimensional. 19.I.11
