Bottle from Bierzwerg, shared with a friend. After bottle was opened it pours down foam to the floor, something wrong with the bottle? Aroma is rotten, still flavor is yeast, wheat. Still drinkable.

(bottle) pours a murky deep golden colour with some floaties and a creamy white head. aroma of grain and light clove, slightly grassy, with a hint of nutmeg and vanilla. flavour is mostly the same, subtly spicy, with lots of mellow wheat, vanilla and a hint of cheesecake. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

Im Geruch hefefruchtig mit etwas Apfel. Antrunk hefig, marginal süßlich. Mitte birnig, und startende Trockenheit. Insgesamt läßt das Bier bis hierhin aber die Entschlossenheit vermissen. Abgangs hefetrocken und leicht sauer. Eher schwächeres Weizenbier.Test vom 18.1.2011, Gebinde: Glasflasche

The beer in the glass is ocher yellow, with medium-pored foam that disappears pretty quickly. Huge yeast particles swim around. The beer smells yeasty with hints of banana, very creamy and mild. It starts very fruity and acidic, strongly citrus aroma.The aftertaste shows some yeasty-banana aromas. The middle part is compounded by a sour-spicy note, the banana flavor is due entirely. Goes into a sour-spicy finish!

Bottle. Banana, bubblegum, clove and wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with giant white head and violent effervescence. Slightly sweet banana/orange, clove and wheat malt flavor. Initially seemed to have a very nice body but got much lighter towards the end.

Bottle, 5.2%. Banana aroma, a bit of rubber and chewing gum. Cloudy yellow colour. Very big rocky white head. Citric flavour. Almost sour. Very lemony.

Unclear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, grain, moderate yeasty, fruity, light banana, acidic notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light citrus / fruit acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090625]
