Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden, smaller white head, sweet malt, dust and aromatic grassy hops in the nose; light to medium bodied, solid bitter-sweet flavour, solid malty base detectable; slightly lingering - a bit drier - bitter-sweet finish. A good, tasty Pils in the bavarian-bohemian tradition............

Bottle. Light golden, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty - grainy and sweetish aroma, light grassy hoppyness. Medium, malty - lightly grainy and sweetish flavor, light grassy - herbal hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish, light herbal - vegetable hoppyness, light alcohol. Lightly sweetish and grainy pils - nothing special.

Geruch süßlich, getreidig, wenig bitterhopfig. Antrunk leicht süßlich. Mitte hopfenaromatisch, weich. Abgang würzig und moderat bitter. Angenehmes Pils, bayerischer Machart.Test vom 18.1.2011, Gebinde: Glasflasche

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Golden color. Honeyish malty aroma with delicate herbal hops. Malty, honeyish and herbal flavor with medium+ bitterness. Herbal bitter finish. Fairly fruity with some citrusy and fruity hop notes. Pleasant pils.

The beer in the glass, has a good golden color, the head has fine pores and is very durable. Grainy-hoppy smell. Starts hoppy bitter, pleasantly aromatic. The aftertaste is grainy and sweet, with subtle hints of hops. Also, the further course is very hoppy balanced, even if the tartness goes back a little.To finish, the grainy note comes back little more.

Bottled 50cl. Very pleasant hop profile. Bready biscuity pale malt back. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Dry finish. Very good.

Bottled from Bierzwerg. Golden colour with nice white head. Floral aroma with hints of hops. Taste, hoppy, fruity, with some spices. Nice long bitter finish. Nice beer.

Bottle. Sweet barley malt and light grass aroma. Golden yellow color with nice white head. Light barley malt and moderately bitter citric hops flavor. Nice body. Very nice - unusual hops flavor for a German beer.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear pale yellow colour, large white head. Very shy hopps nose with some dust. Medium-bodied, solid malty base with very nice hops, floral and fresh, much better than the aroma promised. A very nice beer!

Bottle 50cl.
Clear light yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hoppy, flowers, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090626]

Bottle, 5.1%. Quite malty aroma. Flowery hop aroma, perhaps a little soapy. Very pale clear yellow colour. Big stable chalk white head. The flavour has a subtle flowery hop note. Very clean. Medium bitterness, slightly rough, but cleansing.
