Aromatisch getreidiger Antrunk mit süßen Hopfennoten und kurzem „Waschmittel“-Ton. Aromatisch hopfig-getreidig bleibend, angenehm, sehr süffig. Feinhopfiger Abgang. 11/9/10/9//9

Draught at the brewpub. It’s golden with a creamy head, and the aroma is malty and slightly hoppy. The flavour is rather sweet with notes og malt, flower, light caramel and the finish is dry with notes of straw.

Clear light medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light light metalic. [20100404]

1.0 l bottle at PBF, 4.9 %. Golden color with quickly vanishing head. Honeyish aroma with herbal hops. Malty, bittersweet, honeyish and herbal flavor with hint of paper. Low carbonation, a bit flat.

Ceramic mug. Thick head. Fruity-spicy aroma. Quite dry and minerally with a light spicy character. Herbal and good.

Nice light golden color. White cap. Stony aroma with nice earth and minerals as well as farm manure. Nice quaffability. Good hop profile. Bright, herbal, fresh, and woody. Some paint thinner emerges late in the aroma but not nearly enough to be offensive and instead tastes like wood tannins. Tastes like a Franken kellerbier.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2009 Bottled at PBF (4.9%). Clear pale golden. Sweet creamy malt, light-medium bodied with well rounded mouthfeel, Lightly buttery with notes of custard and grass. Low-medium bodied. Well organized, but a bit sweet.

Bottled 1 ltr as "Helles Lagerbier", alc. 4.9 % (PBF). Clear yellow color, small white head, Grainy, a bit buttery and grassy nose. Quite grassy flavor, a bit buttery, light palate. Boring and uninspiring, probably a bit better when served fresh at the premises.

Bottled (as Helles Lagerbier, 4.9%). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, qutie sweet bready notes. Flavour is malts, some bready notes, a bit yeast and quite pleasant. Refreshing.

(Bottled, 1.0l) Clear yellow-golden with a small, fading head. Quite malty and buttery aroma with some grassy hops. Buttery malt with some acidity, hints of cardboard, and low bitterness. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Another basic, buttery German lager.
