(bottle, a gift from pivnizub) Hazy mahogany colour with a foamy tanned medium head, lacing with crackling sounds. Slightly sweet toastmalty and cararmelly aroma with chocolate, slightly yeasty and herbal. Strong malty body with caramel and chocolate, dry, moderately bitter and slightly fizzy finish. Nice unfiltered Dunkel.

Bottle. Another clean German Kellerbier. Wholemeal bready characters. Some grassy hope in thew finish. Pretty straight forward, but i thought the balance was there and its something i could drink a lot of, no problems. Sweetish, and mildly bitter in the finish.

Malty and fruity (pear) aroma. Also malt in the taste, as usual in those Franconian beers. I found chocolate, caramel and tropical fruit.
