Unclear medium grey yellow color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banan, clove, rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100612]

It’s unclear, dark-golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, wheat and light fruit. The flavour is sweet with notes of yeast, fruit, wheat, and the finish is slightly spicy – I miss some banana in this one!

Bottle, 5.0%. OK banana aroma, a bit of rough hops. Cloudy yellow colour. Stable white head. Sparkling. Nicely sweet flavour, some white bread and banana. OK balanced.

Hazy pale amber with a tiny white head. Yeasty aroma with wheat and banana. Sweet and yeasty flavour with banana and wheat. Soft mouthfeel.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, herbs, spices, some banana and mild caramelly notes. Flavour is wheat, fruits, banana, some mild herbs, spices and yeast. Mild spicy and wooden aftertaste.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden to light-orange colour with a thick foamy white head. Yeasty, sweet wheat-malty and fruity (banana, citrus) aroma with a touch of vanilla. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty, fruity and malty taste with a moderate wheat-character and restrained phenolic notes. Sweet, slightly sour and quite slim finish. Decent, refreshing Weissbier.
