   AROMA 8/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 8/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 15/20

My Bottom Line:
Toasted malts and their inherent nuttiness are alleviated by subtle citrus fruit and herbal bitterness in this richly malty Pilsener.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the misty golden.
-This has some slightly oxidized pils malts notes which are redolent of some home-malted northeastern Lithuanian brews.
-The nuttiness is mostly reminisncent of walnuts, to me.
-Drinkability is quite high, obviously.

It’s slightly hazy golden with a creamy, white head and a very mild aroma with notes of butterscotch and bread. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of butterscotch, straw, bread, and the finish has a light bitterness. It’s soft and a nice pils.

(bottle) Slightly hazy, greenish golden colour with a foamy white, medium-sized head. Slightly dusty and sweet grainy aroma with a touch of hay and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Soft grainy, strawy taste, herbal notes from behind, getting slightly stronger towards the finish, which is also pretty slim. All in all still a decent Pilsener.
