Bottled. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Grassy doughy nose. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Mild bread, butter and grass. Low-medium bitterness. Mellow and pleasant.

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of bread dough and herbal hops, with light notes of gooseberries and vanilla. flavour is mostly the same, gooseberries and all, slightly grainy, with a yeasty finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Hearty cara-malty taste with notes of biscuits and shy herbal elementsM medium-dry, malt-accented sweet and shy bitter finish. A tad sweet but nevertheless a pleasant Franconian Lager. 10.V.10
