UPDATED: DEC 31, 2011 Bought at the brewery. Boiled milk and barnyard aroma. Some complexity in the flavor. Boiled milk, hops, cream, apricot. Could have been better as it is now Tasted In december 2011. Lovely floral grassy hopbitter flavor. Malty, medium bodied. Hints of citrus and peach. Well balanced. Solid.

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of bread dough and herbal hops, with light notes of gooseberries and vanilla. flavour is mostly the same, gooseberries and all, slightly grainy, with a yeasty finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle. Hay/barnyard malt aroma with a hint of orange - very nice. Cloudy yellow-amber color with large off white head. Light/minimally sweet barley malt and lightly bitter grass hops. Light body. Nice beer - would be excellent with a bit more flavor.

Bottle: Golden, a bit unclear, stable lacy white head; sweetish grainy-malty nose with a dash of aromatic "woody" hops in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering bitter and sweet-malty finish. Good, moreish franconian quality.......

(bottle) Hazy, light-amber colour colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly sweet and yeasty cara-malty aroma with citrus-fruity and slightly herbal aroma-hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Hearty cara-malty taste with notes of biscuits and shy herbal elementsM medium-dry, malt-accented sweet and shy bitter finish. A tad sweet but nevertheless a pleasant Franconian Lager. 10.V.10

Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100409]

Bottle at Papsø. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Malty aroma of caramel with notes of grass. Malty flavour of caramel with notes of grass and hops. Sweet and hoppy finish.

Clear golden with a large off white head. Malty aroma with hints of caramel and plenty of grassy hops. Flavour had malt, caramel and.plenty of grassy hops. Finished bitter.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is butterish and caramelish. Sweet malty, light butterish and cornish. Bitter and dry finish. Simple.

Fresh and complex flavour of different malty aromas. Finish of average length with slight hoppy aroma.
