It’s unclear red copper with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of hay, caramel and a little yeast. The flavour is sweet, not overly so, it has notes of dusty & damp hay, caramel, light yeast and fruit, slightly citrussy. It’s different from most dunkles weissbiere I have had, not so keen on the dusty hay note.
