Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, caramel, peach, pine, citrus and malt.

Bouteille de 750ml. (31.12.2012). Bière brune pâle trouble (sans toute cette levure elle devait être dorée foncée). La mousse est durable. Le nez est fort odorant avec des fruits rouges, de la levure, des agrumes. La bouche est ferme, amère, agréable, digeste et gouteuse. La finale est franchement astringente. Différente.

Une bouteille de 75 cl obtenue via Biéropholie. Meilleure avant le 31.12.12. Une bière orangée qui s’embrouille totalement et qui se coiffe d’une magnifique mousse beige. Le spectacle d’une large dentelle épaisse qui colle sur la paroi du verre. Au nez, des houblons qui sont vivants et qui embaument l’atmosphère de parfums d’oranges, de pamplemousses et de citrons et, dans une moindre mesure, de malts caramélisés. Au goût, des houblons juteux et fruités avec un souffle floral et des murmures de la pinède. Une assise sucrée qui ne pousse pas trop la note du caramel. Une bouche de moyenne intensité avec un pétillement présent et une texture légèrement huileuse. Une finale amère et fruitée qui se permet une escapade florale. Une DIPA qui se boit comme une IPA qui donne avantage aux houblons en occultant les malts sucrés.

Pours dark orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of exotic fruits, malts and floral hops. Taste is malty and slightly sweet with notes of gooseberries, exotic fruits, a lot of floral hops and hints of some off-flavor. Finish is smoothly dry and slightly bitter with hints of sweetness and a lot of floral hops. A bit unbalanced hop bomb, feels like something is a bit off here.

Pours almost clear amber color with small lasting head. Aroma of exotic fruits, hops, grass notes, floral notes and some pine needles. Flavor of grape fruit, apricot, hops, hay, goose berries and some very faint notes of wood and vanilla. Bitter and dryish palate, no mentionable sweetness, some weird flavor on the taste.

Hoppy, slightly sweet and stale aroma with resin and some gooseberry bush. Flavour is hoppy and a bit weird with rather intensive aromas of gooseberries and grapes. Also hints of biscuits. Finishes with somewhat harsh bitterness with nettles and gooseberry bush leaves.

Pours a dark hazy amber colour with a white firm head. Aroma is extremely fruity with juicy pineapple, mango, lime, orange and green apples. Flavour of sweet and not too heavy caramel malts, juicy fruits again (pretty much the same as on the aroma), bitter hops and some floral notes. Alcohol feels a bit. Medium bodied, surprisingly low carbonation and a fruity bitter finish. Overall a not-too-extreme hop juice without being overly sweet.
