An award winning beer for our brewery in Wakefield Beer Festival 2005. A robust, full flavoured, pale bitter beer, with grapefruit and varying citrus tones, and ’stay in the mouth’ after taste. Made with Halcyon malt and late hopped with three American hops.

Cask (gravity dispense), St Albans Beer Festival 2005. Probably the hoppiest UK beer I had at the festival. Hazy gold colour. Rich, very extreme hop. Really bitter. I like this a lot. V hoppy finish. Wow!
