Hazy blond colour. Intensely sweet, fruity aroma particularly of passion fruit. Some pineapple and grapefruit also present. Flavour is similarly fruity at first then the dryness of the hop comes through.

Bottle. Golden and slightly cloudy. Massive citrus mouth feel which may not be to every ones taste but it is mine. Some bitterness lingers and it
left no lacing. A unique and very pleasant beer.

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, floral notes, mildly wooden and nectary notes. Flavour is fruits, mild caramel malts, some mild wooden and dry winelike notes. Rather sweet and fruity with a mouthdrying finish.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight citrusy hoppy. Bitter and citrusy, dry grapefruity. Ends bitter and dry. Simple and solid hoppy.

Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, no head. Light dry palate. Smooth and semi sweet malt, mildly hoppy dry finish. The Nelson didn’t jump out very much.

Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, soft grapefruit - apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2010. Gold no real condition or head. Poor yeast aroma. Some cheese. No condition. No real hop. Just terrible.
