Clear medium amber orange color with a small, frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, nutty notes, light to moderate hoppy, soft orange - citrus - grapefruit, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty, caramel, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101130]

Well balanced, nice bitterness, some caramel, overall good but not memorable

Lightly fizzy with a whiffy white to tan head. Bronze/copper in colour, rather clear. Hay, a bit floral and strangely hoppy. Light bitter and sour. Had traces of sweetness developping. Has a rather light body, thin texture and a bit astringent.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2010. Clear amber no head. No condition either. Slight butter on aroma. No condition at all. Rubbish.

Floral aroma. Small white head. Amber golden coloured fruity and a little hoppy with a hint of dryness and bitterness in a malt finish.
