Bottle conditioned. Cloudy gold with a thick white head. Aroma is minimal; some tart apple and yeast. Full-flavoured; a good tussle between sweet and tart fruity elements with a bone dry, bitter finish. I’ll be seeking this one out from the cask

Bottled at Monks Cafe, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy orange color with afluffy white foam. Rounded aroma of lemon, soil and mild spices. Medium-bodied with notes of honey, Seville oranges, almonds lemon-peels and grapefruit. Dryish finish of grass and lemon with touches of almonds and soil.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy deep golden, minimal head. Milky lemony nose. Dry and tart, quite hoppy with lots of grass and grapefruit. Somewhat smokey with citric bitterness that starts early. Bears signs of infection in it’s infancy.
