I liked this more than most cream ales. This one is smooth, light, and malty.

Lightly hazed yellow pour with white head and lace. Aroma is corn and nothing else. Flavor has sweet corn and a papery bitter finish. Medium bodied but a touch aggressive on the carbonation. ok ca

Had it in a Growler from FLBC. I really enjoyed it. Sweet citrusy aroma and sweet taste. A lot like cream soda with nice carbonation. Mouthfeel was really nice as well. North Carolina produces excellent beers so try this one.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Draught. Pours a hazy yellow color with a moderate white head. Nose is rather muddled, in that I really couldn’t get any specific smell of it. Taste is light and much the same. Meh.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Growler taste. Soft pale blonde pour with no head. Cidery nose/apple juice in the aroma big time. Bready flavor, crisp and kind of bottoms out in the flavor/body at the end. Wet hay/grassy with a touch of sweetness.

Yellow pee color with a light head. Lightly malty aroma with baked bread and hint of sweetness. Lightly sweet, bread and touch of malt in the flavor. Creamy mouth feel. A touch of off flavor running thru this.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at Frog Level Brewing. Pours cloudy straw into the glass with a fluffy head that reduces to a slight ring of bubbles. Citric nose. Flavors of lemon, a touch of sweetness and a hint of tin in the finish. Mouthfeel is very soda-esque, with active carbonation. Meh, more decent than most cream ales for sure, but a touch like a flat malted beverage. Interesting.
