COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Thirsty ? - Froegaarden is a light and refreshing citrusy wheat beer, of the Belgian style and is made with Czechoslovakian hops and a pinch of coriander. Served cold and packed with bubbles this beer is a ideal for our summer line-up, and tastes great on hot summer evenings and nights. Come and try one, you won’t be disappointed ! ! !

draught at Frog & Rosbif Paris, as Maison Blanche. Hazy pale yellow, small creamy white head. Aroma of spices and fruit. Light-bodied, wheaty, yeasty, fruity with spices such as coriander, also lemon and orange peel. Very smooth palate. Incredibly refreshing after walking through Paris for hours on a hot day. One of the best examples of the style I have ever tried - I will return because of this bière blanche.

Lievito, astringenza tremenda, fenolico; non proprio la loro migliore proposta.

06.05.2011. On tap at the Brewpup Frog and Rosbif in Paris. Sold in the pub as "Maison Blanche". White yellowish colour with white head. Aroma is dominated by lemon and orange peel. There is also some other spicy elements. Ok refreshing beer, but I think this one is a little thin.

Draught at Frog & Princess, as Maison Blanche. Opaque pale ochre-yellow body, interesting, Dry crappy yeasty nose. tasteless, slightly lactic, watery, without any features, not nearly worth the price. For 7 euros, it could at least be a decent try at the style, not something closer to a homemade kvass which somehow lost all its features than . The lemon stuck to the edge actually improves it. giving it some taste and aroma. Like this, almost an insult. The friend who was drinking it liked it though for that, so this one is clearly for the the less taste the better crowd.

[3299-20100807] Tap. Mild plastic and wheatie fruit aroma. Slightly hazy, pale orange white body with no lasting head. Light ginger hints in the flavour with a light wheatie fruit yeast. Medium body is quite bubbly. Quite bright and bubbly, refreshing.
(Called "Maison Blanche" @ brewpub, Paris, France)

2010-08-07. Very pale yellow-white body is near headless. Flavour is zippy, lemony, bit tart, lightly acidic. 5+ Aroma is lemony, very muted pale malt and wheat. Average palate. Inoffensive but not great. On tap as Maison Blanche at Frog and Princess, Paris

A lightly hazed wit with a thin lacing white head. Rather herbal and soapy aroma, mineral. In mouth, a light creamy wit with herbal notes, signs of infection. On tap at Frog & Rosbif St-Denis , June 12 2010.
