Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Very light wheaty note in the nose. Light bodied. Sweetish, some banana, grains and tartness. Slightly infected this one also.

Fruity aroma of citrus peel and spices.
Fruity flavour of lemon juice, citrus peel and spices.
Citric finish.

Draught at Frog & Princess, Paris Served with a bloody lemon wedge. Muddy straw colour, no head. Aroma of lemon and vanilla. Light bodied with artificial flavours and hard mouthfeel. Low bitterness.

Aroma has a wheaty nose, lots of citrus and a touch of light hops. Appearance is a straw coloured opaque yellow, nice white head. Taste has citrus notes, lots of lemon, touch of coriander, orange peel too. Palate is mild pleasant bitterness all around, and just a touch of tartness on tongue and roof of mouth. Overall nice but nothing special.

On tap at brewery. Hazy pale golden with no head. Very faint aroma. Astringent orange juice flavor with light bready notes.

On tap at The Frog & Princess, Paris as Maison Blanche. Served with a slice of lemon. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, mild citric nose. Weak lemony fruity and mild spicy coriander taste with short wheaty finish. Quite watery also.

On tap at Paris pub as Maison Blanche. Creamy yellow body with no head. Nose is yellow lemon. Tate is paper, citrus,. Nice lighter, bitter lemon in the finish. Okay.

draught at Frog & Rosbif Paris, as Maison Blanche. Hazy pale yellow, small creamy white head. Aroma of spices and fruit. Light-bodied, wheaty, yeasty, fruity with spices such as coriander, also lemon and orange peel. Very smooth palate. Incredibly refreshing after walking through Paris for hours on a hot day. One of the best examples of the style I have ever tried - I will return because of this bière blanche.
