Our house favourite, Natural Blonde is a cold, fizzy and refreshing continental blond beer. The MILD notes of the Lager malt make our Natural Blonde a classic crowd-pleaser. The delicious dryness of the German Hallertau hop boiled up with a bouncy and bitter Czech Saaz finish off a loveable beer for every occasion. Matured for over a month in our cellars, your Natural Blonde will be served fresh, unpasteurized and frothing with crisp goodness.

At the noise, the taste is a bit metalic. The color is a yellow and troubled and clear for a lager. The taste is a bit sparkling, sour and citrus, some hop and discreet malt, refreshing. I bought this beer at the monoprix in Paris.

Bottle in Paris. The beer starts fresh with hints of sourness. Golden fruits, easy to drink. Not much body there, but no grain also. Nice slightly sourish fruity finish, crisp and clear with hints of fruit. Nice.

Golden color with a white head with short duration. Aroma has notes of cereal and hay. Flavor is light malty with very light sweetness. Very refreshing..., no more.

On tap @ Frog and Rostbeef in Paris. Golden colour, no special head. It is refreshing but maybe a bit watery. Well, this is not as strong as the Belgian blondes.

4oz pour at the Toulouse location comes out a watery, pale gold with some thin white head. Nose has malt, metal, a little root veg. All quite faint. Flavor has candy, carrot, honey. Watery finish.

Clear pale yellow with white foam ring. Aroma is weak, barley pilsener. Taste fresh pilsener, think this is good for thurst. Little aftertaste. (Paris 201402)

Pale yellow gold with a thin white, lasting, slides off the glass lacy white head. Smells of grapefruit, pineapple hops and general fruit. Thin oily body with faint carbonation. Tastes of apples, sour lemon with a bitter slightly acidic finish. Refreshing golden ale that’s enjoyable to the end.

On tap at one of the frog pubs. Yeasty and flowery taste, also slightly fruity. Kind of dank yeasty aroma in the taste, like an old pilsner that has been sitting in the sun for a while. Not that pleasent.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2013 Draught @ Frog Bercy. Pours a pale straw, with a thin white head. Estery, fruity aroma, citrus, cardboard. Dry, light bodied, low bitterness, balanced CO2. Fruity taste, malt, slightly acidic, wheat. Not very good for a lager. (2013-06-05)
