COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Parislytic is a truly fantastic beer. Strong, malty and hoppy, this beer is a great example of a strong bitter and is enjoyed by those who love such beers as well as those who like Scottish ‘heavies’. Packed with the best in Britsh hops and served through a hand-pull beer engine (as tradition dictates), this beautifully made beer has been a real favourite with customers ever since its introduction back in 1993.

erickok (3484) - Tours (and Paris), FRANCE - NOV 8, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 9, 2013 Quite herbal hop base, clean yeast, very simple, simplistic light malt body. Undoubtedly single hopped. SLight drinkable. Smooth, pleasant beer, very simple but certainly different than a Kronenbourg or 1664... Guiness like creaminess is the standout feature for sure. (On tap at The Frog & Rosbif)

worldbeertaste (1619) - AUSTRIA - JUL 31, 2013
Copper with an off white, thick, lasting, slides off the glass lacy head. Smells of caramel, berries and slightly stale malt. Medium frothy thin body, tastes of overripe berries, malt, earthy roast and caramel. Sour on the finish and light on the body.

Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - MAY 26, 2013
On tap at the Rosbif brewpub. Pours a lightly hazed copper colored body with a finger-width, dense and creamy, beige head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is lightly bready and grainy, lightly sweetened caramels with a light herbal note and touches of fruit. Flavor is similar. Lightly sweetened caramels with some grainy bread and a light herbal hopping throughout. Touches of fruit and nuts before this finishes dry, smooth, creamy, lightly sweetened, and has a moderate bitterness. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a creamy, medium body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty decent ESB. Nothing special, but clean, balanced, and easy drinking. Not bad.
