COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Parislytic is a truly fantastic beer. Strong, malty and hoppy, this beer is a great example of a strong bitter and is enjoyed by those who love such beers as well as those who like Scottish ‘heavies’. Packed with the best in Britsh hops and served through a hand-pull beer engine (as tradition dictates), this beautifully made beer has been a real favourite with customers ever since its introduction back in 1993.

On tap in Bordeaux. Aroma is light with hop notes in nose, notes of caramel and apricot from hops. Appearance is a light red-amber colour with a beautifully smooth white head. Taste is a nice fruity flavour, maybe some apricot and white grape. Palate is a light mild bitterness around mouth, but harsh metal feel on roof of mouth taints the mouthfeel overall.

Slightly hazy amber color, medium-sized off-white head. Light nutty aroma. Light-bodied. Rusty hoppyness, a bit nutty. This, like all other Toulouse Frog’s beers is tart.
