COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Parislytic is a truly fantastic beer. Strong, malty and hoppy, this beer is a great example of a strong bitter and is enjoyed by those who love such beers as well as those who like Scottish ‘heavies’. Packed with the best in Britsh hops and served through a hand-pull beer engine (as tradition dictates), this beautifully made beer has been a real favourite with customers ever since its introduction back in 1993.

at the frog in paris: hardly what i would call a strong beer or a bitter or an esb. just not enough flavor for me to throw this into any category. quite thin with some slight kent golding kick and a sweet malty aftertaste. this one seems to be a little off. no head retention.

draught at Frog & Rosbif Paris. Amber colour, mid-sized creamy head. Solid malty base with a fruity character. Rather light-bodied. Good hoppy finish with a lemony touch. Very British.

Sample @ The Frog @ Rosbif. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are nuts, caramel, fruits and hops. Smooth finish.

A british style beer with amber color, good complex beer with partly hoppy taste. I very much enjoyed it

Discreta bitter inglese un poco più strutturata, si lascia bere con facilità ma manca della freschezza della Inseine.

06.05.2011. On tap at the Brewpup Frog and Rosbif in Paris. Dark golden colour withe off-white head. Malty flavour with some notes of roasted malts and some sweetness. This is the best beer from the Frog Pubs I think.

Draught at the Frog & Princess. Poured a nice hazy amber-red body, lovely. Thick white head that stayed for awhile. Aroma hops, agrumey-fruity but with some light light notes of vegetables too. Liiiight soft aroma hops taste, agrumey, very light herbal acidity. some vague sweet maltiness in the end. Not that bad but again, lacks proper bitterness .

[3301-20100807] Tap. Not much aroma, some light sweet malt notes. Clear, amber body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Wooden hints in the flavour with muted sweet caramel and a bit of a sweet malt aftertaste. Medium body. Fairly drinkable.

2010-08-07. Pale amber body, small creamy biege head. 3+ Mild sweet malt, touches of caramel. 5+ Flavour starts nice, smooth soft malt, gains a lot of rough astringent grains shortly thereafter. Smooth average to light bodied palate. 2+ Promising but lets you down. On tap at Frog and Princess, Paris

An amber ale with a thin light moka head. Sweet caramel aroma, with faint hops. In mouth, a nice roasted malt with nice nutty notes, quite true to the nut brown style. On tap at Frog & Rosbif St-Denis , June 12 2010.

Served at the Frog and Princess in Paris. No real aroma, served too cold in a pint glass for that. Some head, like a proper English bitter. Decent smooth taste, some wood flavours and barley. Very smooth and creamy, acceptable microbrewed type for its style.
