Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with bubbles on top. Barnyard and green apples. Fairly dry and acidic. Okay.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a small dissipating white head. Tart apple aroma. Medium body, an initial apple sweetness but then comes quite some tartness and sulphur. Ends almost astringent. 170212

Bottle. Almost clear, golden in color, with some bubbles on top. Quite rustic aroma with apples and some barnyard hints. The flavor has a little acidity, but it’s mostly semi sweet apples. A touch of caramel sweetness too. Medium body. A quite pleasant one, although not as dry as I’d like a dry cider to be. 120217

Bottle. Clear golden with tiny to no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and a little sulfer. Flavour is apples, medium sweet, fruit, juice, little sulfer and a little acid.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apple juice, alcohol and straw. Nice and dry.

Bottled. A dark golden cider. The aroma has notes of ripe apples and a bit of apple cores. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, apple cores, and a bit of vinegar, leading to a dry and somewhat tart finish.

Clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and light tart. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. 170212

Golden colour, very clear. Quite tart aromas - russetty and slightly spicy. Sour on the tongue at first becoming slightly more mellow in the aftertaste. This seemed heavy in the mouth and left my teeth quite sticky. I’ve always been a beer rather than cider drinker but would buy this again though one pint is plenty.
