COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our farmhouse ale is brewed with just enough ginger, coriander and dried orange peel to accentuate the spiciness of the yeast without dominating.

Cloudy light orange – nose of sweet citrus, ginger, and prominent Golding hop character – orange pulp, light esters – smells a bit too sweet for my tastes for a low abv saison – the flavor is much the same – fairly sweet orange flesh, mango – light coriander and a slight saaz bite to it – mild spicy phenolic character – mild banana esters – find of watery tail end, but it gets a little flinty, dry, and spicy (white pepper), so it is somewhat pleasant, and a light tail end funkiness ends things on a high note – a middle of the road American attempt, IMHO.

On tap at Front Range poured a hazy gold with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of bread, citrus, ginger and light coriander. Palate wasd light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, ginger, coriander and light citrus with a smooth dry lingering spiced finish.
