2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Gravity @ Pigs Ear 2012. The pour’s deep amber with a small head. The nose is honey, dough, mild peach juice. The taste is under-cooked lemon cake, some piss, marmalade. A bit of bile on the finish. Light body, not particularly harmonious in flavor. Overall, not up to snuff.
