Available in 10oz Pilsner ONLY Absurdity is a beautiful contradiction. Mad science. We’ve taken our deceptively drinkable Belgian Tripel Ale and crossed it with a bold American IPA. The result is a smooth, refreshing golden beer with big citrusy flavors of tangerine and grapefruit, subtle complexities of clove, bubble gum, and a drying finish. Less bitter than most IPAs; more refreshing than most Belgians. Absurdly good. Let it warm to taste the full complexity. 8.4% ABV.

Draft. Wow. First sip I took and it tasted like a hoppy yeast beer. Normally you don't run across both in the same beer. Aroma is more yeast then citrus. Beer is crazy really. Guess that's where the name came from. Not a Belgium beer fan but this may get you used to it

10 oz. Pilsner glass at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow. I wasn’t expecting much after having their regular IPA, but this one is strongly hoppy and cuts like a knife. Lots of fruit aromas are apparent, I’d guess the esters would get overwhelming if it wasn’t for all the hop character going on. Good flavor on this one, complex and bitter. Notes of pineapple, grapefruit, cloves, honey and pine to name a few. This one was rather enjoyable, but gets a little sticky after a glass.
