Commercial Description:
A slightly dry and tart Belgian Red Ale. This beer is red in color due to the caramel and chocolate malts added to the grist. It is lightly hopped with East Kent Goldings hops and fermented using Belgian yeast that gives the beer its traditional fruity aroma’s and flavors.

Growler courtesy of dragonstout and elmatador00. This poured a dark amber color with a small white head. The aroma is of spices, hops, wood, and belgian yeast. The flavor is of caramel, a touch of fruit, and some wood flavors. Medium bodied with a thin mouthfeel and slight bitter finish.

Draft at brewery. Pours a dark amber with a slight white head. Aroma is mostly belgian yeast. Tastes of caramel, sweet fruit, little "oakey" taste. Finished sweet and sticky on palate with a little hop presence towards the end.

Growler... Hazy, dark amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. Spicy, earthy aroma with notes of wood, sweat and coriander. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Sweet and spicy; toffee and mild coriander. Decent bitterness. Finishes thin and lightly bitter. More like an abbey ale than a dubbel. Thanks to DragonStout for sharing this brew!
