Half pint pulled at the Chequers Inn in Binham (Norfolk), pale yellow with a thin bubbly white head. Citrus hops and juicy malts in the subtle aroma. A tangy fruit hop bitterness all the way through with a dray finish and spiced orange flavours.

Hand pulled at the Bartons Arms, Birmingham. Golden bitter, with a reasonable head. Slightly strange beer - a mix of sweet and bitter flavourings. Brown sugar specks, like golden grahams or something, with a not quite big enough equalising hit of tang. OK.
