Front Street Irish Stout

Growler... Pitch black ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. The nose is a churning eddy of rich milk chocolate, coffee and roasted nuts. Medium-bodied with a 2%-milk mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Chocolate and coffee. Lightly sweet and lightly acidic. Dry, singed, acrid finish. Well done! Growler courtesy of DragonStout!

Pours a dark brown with a creamy tan head. Lacing is prevalent throughout the glass. Aroma is mostly coffee. Tastes of cocoa, coffee, a little vinous flavor at the end. Finishes with a bitter creamy texture on the tongue. Average.
